Cyber Security Programme Manager - Worthing (Flexible working)

Salary: 70,000 per annum + Permanent Benefits + Bonus + Car Allowance

A leading Utility organisation is looking to recruit a Programme Manager specialized in Cyber Security, Network Information Security, NISCAF, and OT experience. You will be responsible for leading a team of Project Managers and Project Analysts in planning and managing a portfolio of IT and Business projects.


  • Lead a team of Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Project Analysts in the successful delivery of IT and Business projects, including estimates, plans, resource management, scheduling, scope, requirements, solutions, budgets, and deliverables; act as a point of escalation; develop team members and enhance overall team capabilities; provide direction and guidance.
  • Line-manage a team of Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Analysts, including performance reviews, career development, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Ensure Quality Assurance and compliance with delivery standards across your portfolio. Ensure all project artefacts, such as project charters and requirements documents, are produced as required and in accordance with PMO processes and guidelines, including resource assignments and usage.
  • Participate actively in resource management, supporting resource allocations across teams and assisting the PMO in managing demand requests and project assignments.
  • Directly manage your own projects from inception to completion, defining project scope and deliverables aligned with business and IT goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across business and IT.
  • Maintain awareness of interdependencies within and across your portfolio.
  • Accountable for budgeting all projects within your portfolio.
  • Build and develop your team by recruiting permanent, fixed-term, or contract Project Managers or Analysts to deliver programs and projects. Ensure effective onboarding and knowledge transfer.
