A leading renewable energy company in Glasgow is seeking a Cyber Security Programme Manager to lead its Cyber Security Transformation Programme. The ideal candidate will manage delivery, ensure compliance, and foster a cyber-aware culture. This role offers a competitive salary of £69,200-£86,500 and hybrid working arrangements.

Scottish Power is embarking on a Cyber Security Transformation Programme. This role goes beyond traditional programme delivery, it’s about leading change, shaping cyber culture, and embedding resilience across ScottishPower.
You'll ensure Cyber Security initiatives align with business objectives, considering business impact, culture transformation, managing resources, and supporting the maintenance of our compliance with industry standards and regulations.
This role will be accountable for the delivery of the Transformation Programme, while fostering a cyber aware culture, liaising with key stakeholders globally, working with key strategic third parties, and managing the budget associated with the delivery.
The Programme Manager will develop and execute comprehensive Cyber Security Culture Programs across ScottishPower to continue enhancing our security posture.
You'll be accountable for ensuring that Cyber Security initiatives align with our business requirements and support the maintenance of our compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Part of the role will involve leading a project change team to successfully deliver projects, providing guidance, support, awareness and mentorship.
You'll develop and create business cases to secure investment for strategic projects.
You'll manage the delivery of security enhancements and new tools using project management methodologies, defining, and developing security standards and best practices throughout.
You'll oversee audit activities (internal, external and those undertaken by 3rd parties on behalf of regulatory bodies) to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations, making improvements where needed.
You'll lead cross-business change programs that embed cyber resilience into business operations and culture.
The role will involve providing additional support in the form of consultancy, documentation, and security recommendations to the senior management team.
