Job summary

Accenture in London is seeking a Cyber Security Manager to lead cybersecurity consulting engagements across Energy, Utilities, Chemicals, and Resources sectors. You will oversee delivery, provide strategic security advice, and drive client relationships.

The role requires 7+ years in cybersecurity consulting, strong knowledge of NIST/ISO 27001, and ability to manage senior stakeholders. Flexibility for onsite work and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, advisory, or programme delivery.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks: NIST, ISO 27001, CAF, and NIS.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and complex projects.
• Knowledge of OT Security, Security Operations, IAM, Cyber Strategy, or Risk Management.
• Experience contributing to business development and account growth.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity projects and programmes from initiation through to delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, including senior leadership.
• Conduct security assessments, workshops, and risk reviews.
• Provide practical recommendations to improve security resilience and compliance.
• Identify opportunities within existing and new client accounts.
• Support proposals, bids, and sales activities.
• Develop security frameworks, policies, and governance approaches.
• Manage, coach, and develop security consultants.
• Share knowledge and support capability development across the team.
• Contribute to thought leadership and industry engagement activities.
