We're expanding our Cyber Security team and looking for a Cyber Security Manager specialising in Operational Technology (OT). This role focuses on protecting the systems behind our physical operations, such as manufacturing automation, refrigeration, HVAC, and store systems. You'll lead cyber initiatives to keep our infrastructure secure, resilient, and operationally efficient.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading the security of our OT environments across the Morrisons Group
• Managing threats and vulnerabilities specific to physical infrastructure and critical systems
• Collaborating closely with engineering teams, partners, and suppliers
• Supporting incident response and security audits for OT systems
• Reporting progress, performance, and risks to the wider security team

Success in this role looks like:

• OT systems are secure and resilient
• Stakeholders and suppliers work collaboratively to resolve risks
• Security initiatives align with and support the wider business strategy

About you

You're an experienced cyber professional with knowledge of OT environments. You understand the technical and operational challenges of securing critical infrastructure and can work effectively across teams to achieve results.

You'll also have:

• Experience working with or securing OT environments (e.g., manufacturing, retail tech, utilities)
• A strong understanding of network security, asset control, and risk management in physical systems
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Confidence in managing partners and driving improvements in supplier performance
• A flexible, practical approach with a strategic perspective
