Job summary

allpay Limited is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Manager to lead our Cyber Security function, overseeing operations, threat monitoring, incident response and vulnerability management. You will shape strategy and collaborate across IT, Risk and Compliance to strengthen security and resilience.

You will oversee a team, manage partners, and translate complex risks into clear priorities for technical and non-technical stakeholders, while balancing security with business needs.

Qualifications

• Strong experience across cyber security operations, threat management, incident response and vulnerability management.
• Good understanding of cyber risk, governance and recognised standards (ISO 27001, PCI DSS, Cyber Essentials Plus).
• Experience leading and developing a cyber security team and managing partners/suppliers.
• Ability to translate complex risks into clear priorities for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Calm, collaborative and commercially minded approach to incidents and business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead our Cyber Security function and oversee security operations and governance.
• Oversee threat monitoring, incident response and vulnerability management.
• Shape cyber security strategy and roadmap in collaboration with IT, Risk and Compliance.
• Manage specialist security partners and internal security teams.
• Communicate risks and priorities clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
