Job description

We're growing our Cyber Security team and looking for a Cyber Security Manager focused on Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC). In this role, you'll lead the implementation and ongoing management of security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements across the Morrisons Group. You'll be key to ensuring that our cyber security practices meet internal and external compliance expectations and help shape our overall risk management approach.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing cyber security GRC activities across the business
  • Ensuring we meet regulatory, legal, and internal policy requirements
  • Supporting risk assessments and providing clear, data driven recommendations
  • Managing the compliance of Third Party Risk Management
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to embed good governance practices
  • Leading a team and delivering regular reports to the Security team

About you

You'll bring expertise in cyber security governance, risk, and compliance, with a confident, proactive approach. You're comfortable managing frameworks, leading teams, and building partnerships across a complex business.

You'll also have:
  • Proven experience in a GRC or similar cyber security role
  • A strong understanding of risk and compliance frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)
  • Great communication and influencing skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders
  • Experience working in large organisations or complex environments
  • A collaborative, delivery focused mindset
