Job summary

You will work with senior stakeholders to drive governance, OT security, IAM and security operations, while coaching consultants and contributing to proposals in a hybrid UK setting.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in cyber security consulting, advisory or programme delivery.
• Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, NCSC CAF, NIS).
• Experience in at least one security discipline (OT security, cyber risk, security strategy, security operations, IAM).
• Proven track record with complex engagements and senior stakeholders.
• Experience contributing to business development, proposals or account growth.
• Background in Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing or Critical National Infrastructure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead cyber security projects and programmes from initial assessment through to delivery.
• Advise clients on cyber strategy, governance, risk and compliance, OT security, security operations and IAM.
• Conduct security assessments, risk reviews and client workshops, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Develop security frameworks, policies and governance approaches aligned with industry standards.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and identify opportunities to develop existing client engagements.
• Contribute to proposals, bids and wider business development activity.
• Manage, coach and develop consultants within the practice.
