As Cyber Security Manager - Culture, you'll be at the heart of strengthening our supplier ecosystem. You'll work closely with colleagues across Procurement, Legal, Technology, and our external suppliers to ensure that third parties meet our security standards. You'll have the scope to shape strategy, drive supplier improvements, and report directly into senior stakeholders-making a visible impact on our overall security posture.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of our cyber security awareness and education strategy.
- Manage and mentor a team of Cyber Security Culture Analysts, driving impactful campaigns that inspire behaviour change.
- Create and roll out engaging training modules, phishing simulations, and awareness programs tailored to key risk areas.
- Collaborate with the wider Cyber Security team and business stakeholders to ensure initiatives align with organisational priorities.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness, using insights to refine future activities.
- Build strong partnerships across departments and with external organisations to promote a unified cyber-aware culture.
- Keep ahead of the latest threats, trends, and best practices in cyber education and awareness.
- Represent Cyber Security in cross-functional forums, shaping the organisation's broader strategy.
Qualifications
- Experience leading teams and achieving measurable outcomes.
- Aviation sector exposure is highly desirable.

Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of behavioural psychology or change management.
- Familiarity with aviation-specific cyber challenges and regulations.
- Experience with LMS platforms and digital training tools.
Education
- Degree in Cyber Security, IT, Communications, Psychology or related field.
- Industry certifications (e.g. SANS Security Awareness, CISSP, CISM) highly valued.
- Additional training in aviation security or risk management is a plus.
