Burman Recruitment is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Manager to lead and evolve the organisation's cyber security strategy in a large, complex environment. You will govern risk, drive compliance, and direct incident response while shaping a high-performing security function.

You will act as the principal advisor to senior leadership, collaborate with stakeholders, and oversee a team of cyber security professionals to protect critical systems and data.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading cyber security within a large and complex organisation.
• Strong expertise in cyber risk, governance, compliance, and security operations.
• Experience using vulnerability assessment and security monitoring tools.
• Good understanding of networking, cloud technologies, and modern security architectures.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills.

Desirable Qualifications

• CISSP
