A leading company in the UK is seeking a Cyber Transformation Lead to spearhead cybersecurity initiatives across Operational Technology and Information Technology environments. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in cybersecurity leadership and a deep understanding of SCADA and cloud security.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity with OT/IT leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of SCADA, ICS, IT infrastructure, and cloud security.
• Certifications like CISSP, CISM, and GICSP preferred.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Cyber Transformation Lead to drive cybersecurity initiatives across both Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) environments. This role is critical in aligning cyber programs with business goals, enhancing resilience, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Virtual job fairs

• Lead and execute integrated OT/IT cybersecurity strategies
• Manage cross-functional cyber transformation programs including external vendors
• Align security initiatives with business and compliance needs
• Oversee risk management and adherence to standards (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443)
• Promote cyber awareness and cultural change across teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders and report to senior leadership
• Deep knowledge of SCADA, ICS, IT infrastructure, and cloud security
• 8+ years in cybersecurity, including OT/IT leadership roles
