RedRock Resourcing in Oxford is recruiting multiple Cyber Security Lead/Manager roles. Salary £55k-£65k per year with a hybrid pattern (2 days onsite per week).

The senior positions balance cyber security strategy, governance, risk management and hands-on programme delivery to strengthen the organisation's security posture.

Formación

• Minimum senior experience in cyber security, information security or risk management.
• Knowledge of governance, risk, control frameworks and compliance.
• Experience delivering security initiatives and remediation programmes.
• Experience with audits, security assessments and incident management.
• Understanding of GDPR and data protection requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to translate technical risks into business solutions.
• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC.
• Experience in complex organisations and Agile or Waterfall environments.
• Experience mentoring colleagues or team leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery of cyber security initiatives, policies and standards across the organisation.
• Work with senior stakeholders and IT teams to develop security roadmaps and remediation plans.
• Identify and manage cyber risks, vulnerabilities and compliance gaps.
• Oversee security audits, assessments and assurance activities.
• Coordinate incident response, investigations and follow‑up actions.
• Monitor security risks and provide updates to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with security operations, engineering, risk and compliance teams.
• Support security improvements, team development and stronger security practices.

This is a senior, stakeholder-facing position combining cyber security strategy, governance, risk management and hands‑on programme delivery.
