Job summary

Croda is seeking a highly capable security operations professional to join its global team. The role focuses on translating security policy into practical controls, coordinating incident responses, and guiding vulnerability remediation across offices, cloud, and manufacturing environments.

You will also help embed AI-driven workflows to speed up investigations and reporting. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid setup with flexible hours, contributing to security decision-making across

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber security with applied security principles.
• Experience in incident response and familiarity with security tooling.
• Fluency in AI prompt and context engineering for security workflows.
• A clear communicator capable of guiding technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST CSF or ISO 27001; relevant certifications are advantageous.
• Experience in regulated, enterprise-scale or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms or security operations tooling at scale.

Responsibilities

• Make security real by turning policies into practical controls adopted by teams.
• Participate in or lead incident response across detection, triage, containment, and recovery.
• Investigate alerts, guide remediation, monitor threat intel, ensure risk actions.
• Advise IT, engineering and business teams on security decisions and changes.
• Leverage AI to accelerate investigation, analysis and response workflows.
