AXA UK is seeking an Enterprise Security Architect to lead the strategic direction of cybersecurity in our organization based in Norwich. This role involves defining security architectures and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to integrate security into all aspects of operations and services. Salary: National £80,000 - £90,000 / London £100,000 - £120,000
Primary Location : Norwich, UK
Additional Locations : London (UK) / Bristol

A bit about the job:
As an Enterprise Security Architect, you will be in a leadership position, responsible for defining and maintaining aspects of the enterprise security architecture, including a domain and collections of capabilities.
You will work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across the Cyber Security teams and the Business to ensure security is embedded in our operations, solutions, and services.
Your role will involve setting architectural standards, collaborating, and guiding SMEs and Solution Architects, and ensuring we have the solutions in our kit bag to deliver compliance with our security controls, policies, and Aviva’s desired posture.
