What you’ll be doing

As a Cyber Security Engineering Lead, you will:

  • Accountable for leading and managing a team of Cyber Engineers, overseeing daily operations and tactical solutions.
  • Design and deliver secure asset build and system hardening capabilities, ensuring compliance monitoring for end-user computing and server estate.
  • Maintain security infrastructure such as Firewalls, Intrusion Detection/Protection systems (network and host-based).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop cybersecurity strategies and controls aligned with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain cybersecurity documentation, policies, and procedures across all domains.
  • Establish controls and processes to manage technical debt within acceptable risk tolerances over the long term.

Base Location – Hybrid – Clear Water Court Reading.

Working Pattern – 36 hours.

  • Are experienced with Privileged Access Management tools such as CyberArk, Firewalls, Active Directory, and Microsoft Azure, Sentinel & Defender.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in water utility industry or large infrastructure enterprises.
  • Security engineering certifications or training.
  • A Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
