Job summary

M+C Saatchi Group in London is seeking a proactive Cyber Security Specialist to protect information assets, systems and services. You will work across security operations, governance, risk, and AI security while collaborating with IT, stakeholders and suppliers.

You will contribute to an ISMS, risk assessments, audits, and security policy updates. The role emphasises incident response, third-party security, and security awareness to uphold a resilient security posture.

Qualifications

• Degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in cyber security, information security, or security operations.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, Cyber Essentials Plus.
• Understanding of networking, operating systems, cloud technologies and identity management.
• Experience investigating security incidents.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents across SOC providers.
• Support vulnerability management activities and remediation tracking.
• Assist with security risk assessments and audits (ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials).
• Evaluate AI security risks and governance for AI platforms and services.
• Review supplier security questionnaires and monitor third-party risks.
• Deliver security awareness programmes and phishing simulations.
• Support incident response planning and tabletop exercises.
• Assist with security tooling configuration and hardening.
