Cyber Security Engineer – UK – Remote - £60,000 - £70,000 pa + Bonus + Benefits

JNC is working with a UK-based financial services client that is looking to hire a talented Cyber Security Engineer on a permanent basis.

They are open to the role being based in the UK with 99% remote work, requiring only a couple of office visits per year.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established team and organization that utilizes some of the latest technologies on the market.

The client requires candidates with experience working with Zscaler. Only applications with relevant experience will be considered.

Experience Overview:

• 3+ years of experience in a Cyber Security role.
• Extensive experience with cloud security and DevSecOps frameworks.
• Good knowledge of AWS Cloud Security & Compliance.
• Strong understanding of security principles, network protocols, and cryptography.
• Extensive experience with physical and virtual firewalls, core network security technologies, Zscaler, VPCs, IDS/IPS.
• Good understanding of security standards and frameworks.
• Proficiency in scripting, automation, and monitoring tools (SIEM).
