Job summary

Aston Business School invites applications for a Cyber Security and Digital Resilience Lead – KTP Associate. Hybrid role based at Redditch with university collaboration, leading development of in-house cybersecurity capabilities for G&O Springs and aerospace supply chain.

You will map information flows, design controls, and build governance routines to pursue US & UK defence and aerospace opportunities, while working with Aston University experts.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in information security or related discipline.
• Experience in policy development and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and embed cybersecurity governance and compliance capabilities across office and factory environments.
• Map information flows and design priority controls to meet NIST 800-171, ISO 27001.
• Collaborate with senior management, IT, engineering and production to drive strategic capability development.
