Job Title - Senior Consultant – Cyber Security

Location - Home Based – Expected to visit customer site locations

This is a customer-facing senior consultant role within our Network team, covering project delivery from presales through design and implementation.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone experienced in project delivery from inception and presales, through to design and implementation. This hands-on role requires high technical ability across various systems, with experience in a network consultancy role, analysis, and problem-solving skills.

You will actively improve your technical skills through self-study, in-house training, and external courses. You must represent Ultima professionally and demonstrate our core values. Additional responsibilities may be required for specific projects or the wider role of a Senior Technical Consultant.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Deep technical understanding of systems and technologies such as Microsoft Sentinel, Tenable Vulnerability Management, Azure Update Manager, and related certifications (e.g., Microsoft Security Certifications like SC200, Pen Testing certifications).

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Knowledge in Microsoft Intune (focused on Security), Privileged Access Management tools, and Cloud Email Security Solutions. Training in these areas may be provided.
