Job Title - Senior Consultant – Cyber Security

Location - Home Based – Expected to visit customer site locations

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / ROLE PURPOSE

This is a customer-facing senior consultant role within our Network team, covering project delivery from presales through design and implementation.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Experience in project delivery from inception and presales to design and implementation is required. The role is hands-on, requiring high technical ability across various systems. Experience in network consultancy, analysis, and problem-solving is essential.

Actively improve technical skills through self-study, training, and courses. Represent Ultima professionally and demonstrate core values. Additional activities may be required for specific projects or the wider role.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Deep technical understanding of systems such as Microsoft Sentinel, Tenable Vulnerability Management, Azure update Manager, and related technologies. Qualifications include Microsoft Security Certifications (e.g., SC200) and Pen Testing certifications.

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Knowledge in Microsoft Intune (focused on Security), Privileged Access Management, and Cloud Email Security Solutions is advantageous. Training in these areas may be provided.
