Job summary

Stealth IT Consulting is growing its Digital Trust & Cybersecurity practice and seeking cybersecurity professionals with strong consulting capability. You will help clients enhance security maturity, modernise capabilities, and embed secure business practices.

Locations include London, Manchester, and Glasgow with expensed travel 1-2x per month. Required: SC clearance or eligibility and experience across security architecture, governance, IAM, and related areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in one or more areas listed above in a consultancy or delivery setting.
• SC clearance or eligible is preferred or required.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to cybersecurity transformation and risk workstreams.
• Develop security strategy, roadmaps, and governance models for clients.
• Design, assess and assure security architectures and controls.
• Advise on GenAI security, IAM, and security culture initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders across business, IT and leadership.

Stealth IT Consulting is supporting a major global consultancy partner in growing their Digital Trust & Cybersecurity practice. This team focuses on helping organisations strengthen security, manage digital risk, and build secure-by-design cultures across large, complex environments.

We are looking for Cybersecurity professionals with strong consulting capability who can help clients enhance security maturity, modernise their capabilities, and embed secure business practices.

Locations: London, Manchester, Glasgow (expensed travel 1-2x per month)

Clearance: SC required (or eligible)

What You’ll Work On

You’ll contribute to or lead workstreams involving:

• Cybersecurity & risk transformation
• Security strategy and roadmap development
• Security assurance (ISO 27001, NIST, Cyber Essentials)
• Security architecture design and assessment
• GenAI security and AI governance
• Cyber maturity assessments & threat modelling
• Identity & Access Management
• Security culture & human risk initiatives
• Operating model and governance enhancements
• Stakeholder engagement across business, IT, and senior leadership

Depending on experience, you may act as a specialist SME, delivery consultant, or workstream manager guiding junior staff and client teams.

Skills & Experience Required

You should have experience in one or more areas such as:

• Security Architecture
• Cybersecurity Governance
• Security Engineering
• SOC or SecOps environments
• Identity & Access Management
• Security Testing / Assessment
• Security Assurance Frameworks
• OT Security (desirable)

Other expectations:

• Understanding of frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, NIS2, DORA etc.
• Awareness of the security implications of emerging tech, including GenAI
• Consulting experience or consulting-style client interaction
• Ability to influence stakeholders, including senior leaders
• Ability to work within a matrixed, fast-paced delivery environment
• 3+ years of Cybersecurity project experience
• SC clearance (or eligibility) required
