Job Title: Cyber Security Consultant

Role Overview:

We’re hiring a Cyber Security Consultant to join a growing specialist consultancy delivering high-impact work across government, defence, and commercial sectors. This is a fully remote role focusing on technical project delivery, client-facing consultancy, and cyber training.

This position offers an opportunity to expand beyond purely technical responsibilities, working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. You’ll be supported in growing your expertise, traveling for meaningful client engagements, and taking ownership of your work.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead or support the delivery of vulnerability assessments and penetration testing projects.
2. Provide technical security consultancy and basic to intermediate-level training to clients across the UK and internationally.
3. Occasionally deputise for the Head of Cyber Operations.
4. Work directly with clients to define and deliver tailored security solutions.
5. Contribute to business development through proposal writing and client engagement.

Essential Skills and Requirements:

1. Strong understanding of penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, EDR, and endpoint protection.
2. Experience working with or for government or defence clients.
3. Previous consultancy experience with client-facing responsibilities.
4. SC clearance or DV clearance.
5. Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
6. UK driving license (due to occasional travel).
