Job summary

Fuel Recruitment is seeking a Cyber Security Business Analyst for a Reading-based contract role. The position is hybrid (2 days on site) on a 9-month contract with a daily rate of £550 Outside IR35.

The role focuses on Target Operating Model/SOC transformation for a telecommunications/cyber security initiative, working alongside a Big 4 consultancy to deliver the defined end state.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in Cyber Security (SecOps, detection & response).
• Experience designing target operating models bridging people, processes, and training.

• Collaborate with a Big 4 consultancy to deliver the SOC transformation end state.

Key skills/responsibilities:

• Previous demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst within Cyber Security (SecOps, Machine Led Detection & Response etc.)
• Experience around the design of target operating models/business operating models - this role will be expected to bridge the gap between people, processes, and training that feeds into the overall operating model
• Specific workstream is around a key initiative internally for a SOC transformation - any previous exposure to similar work is highly desirable
• The work undertaken will be delivered alongside a Big 4 consultancy, and working towards what they have defined as the desired end state
