Job description

We’re looking for experienced Business Analysts to join a FTSE100 organisation undergoing a major cyber and technology transformation. This is a large‑scale, complex environment, so we need individuals who have worked at enterprise level and can bring structure, clarity, and strong analysis skills across multiple workstreams.

You must be a hands-on, delivery-focused BA, someone who can gather and document detailed requirements, map current and future-state processes, run workshops, manage stakeholders, and work closely with both technical and non‑technical teams. This isn’t a subject matter expert role; we need BAs who can ask the right questions, challenge constructively, and translate business needs into actionable outputs for delivery teams.

You’ll support the organisation’s cyber and IT transformation efforts, collaborating with project leads, cross-functional teams, and external partners.

What we’re looking for:

• Solid experience working as a Business Analyst in large, complex enterprise environments
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation
• Ability to run workshops and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
• Experience supporting cyber, IT, or technical transformation programmes is beneficial
• Someone structured, practical, detail-oriented, and confident working in fast-paced environments

📆 12‑month initial contract (part of a multi‑year transformation)
