We are hiring a Cyber Security Business Analyst to join our London team on a full-time basis. The role requires office attendance 5 days a week initially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements.
• Produce high-quality documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional/Non-Functional Specifications.
• Contribute to solution design and ask insightful questions about cybersecurity frameworks, processes, and tools.
• Support early scoping and requirement gathering for vulnerability management, policy compliance, audit-readiness, and system integration.

Desired Background:

• Strong IT background with exposure to infrastructure, networks, and security domains.
• Technical acumen and domain knowledge; not just a process BA.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively.

Preferred Tool Experience:

• Qualys or similar vulnerability management tools.
• ServiceNow, especially in security or compliance operations.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to drive conversations and work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
