Change Digital are working with a leading international organisation to recruit a Cyber Security Architecture Lead to drive security architecture and engineering, strengthen cloud security and embed a Security by Design approach across the business.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced security professional to shape security architecture, lead technical transformation initiatives and develop a high-performing security architecture and engineering function.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical security architecture and engineering within a global function.
• 2+ years leading a global security architecture and engineering team.
• Expert knowledge of security principles, architecture and technologies.
• Strong experience designing and implementing cloud security solutions, including cloud networking and operations.
• Experience with security automation and orchestration.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001/27002, NIST and OWASP Top 10.
• Strong understanding of emerging cyber threats and industry trends.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrable knowledge of the Microsoft E5/E7 security stack.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition, development and implementation of enterprise security architecture and engineering standards.
• Embed Security by Design across programmes and major technology changes.
• Provide security architecture across cloud, network, application and endpoint security.
• Lead the development and implementation of a robust SSDLC.
• Contribute to Architecture Review Boards and Technical Design Authority forums.
• Drive cloud security architecture using native cloud capabilities.
• Enhance endpoint protection, monitoring, hardening and data loss prevention.
• Identify emerging threats and define remediation strategies.
• Lead security governance for AI technologies with stakeholders.
• Contribute to global security strategy and investment planning, building the team.
