Job summary

Responsibilities

• Experience first and second-line ICT support within the security team.
• Assist in incident handling, service requests, and knowledge management.
• Escalate complex issues while learning from the ICT Security Manager.
• Maintain detailed documentation of ICT assets, incidents, problems, and changes.
• Help ensure SLAs and KPIs are met and participate in service improvements.
• Assist with installation, configuration and maintenance of ICT systems.
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes and user access management.
• Gain experience in security risk assessments and remediation planning.
