Job summary

Aviva plc is recruiting a Cyber Security Analyst to join the Subsidiaries team in Norwich or Bristol. You will turn information into insights, support cyber risk reporting and governance, and drive actions with stakeholders across Aviva’s subsidiary businesses.

You'll work with cyber specialists and risk teams to strengthen cyber resilience, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help protect customers and the business.

Qualifications

  • Experience analysing information and turning data into actionable insights.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage actions, deadlines and priorities.
  • Confident working with stakeholders and facilitating meetings or workshops.
  • Good understanding of cyber risk, controls and governance processes or willingness to develop knowledge.
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, ISF or CIS Controls would be beneficial.

  • Analyse data to provide clear, actionable cyber risk insights.
  • Support reporting, governance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

A bit about the job

Our subsidiary businesses play an important role across Aviva, and keeping them secure is key to protecting our customers, colleagues and business. You'll join the Subsidiaries Cyber Security team, helping us understand, track and improve cyber risks across these businesses. Working alongside cyber specialists, risk teams and business stakeholders, you'll turn information into valuable insights and help drive actions forward.

You'll support reporting, governance activities and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen cyber resilience. This is an excellent opportunity to build your cyber expertise while influencing positive outcomes across Aviva.

Skills and experience we're looking for
  • Experience analysing information and turning data into clear, actionable insights.
