Job summary

Addleshaw Goddard is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to support confidentiality, integrity and availability of client data. You will analyze threats, coordinate penetration testing, and maintain vulnerability records while aligning with ITIL, SLAs and KPIs.

You will collaborate with global IT teams and third parties to secure infrastructure across the lifecycle of systems. The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, knowledge of Microsoft security tooling, and a customer-focused security

Qualifications

• Experience analysing threats and coordinating response activities.
• Knowledge of security controls, vulnerability management and ITIL-aligned processes.
• Ability to work with global teams and third parties.

Responsibilities

• Analyse threat intelligence and respond to day-to-day cyber threats by implementing appropriate mitigating controls and solutions.
• Maintain and update the firm's vulnerability and remediation records to support audit compliance and protect IT assets.
• Collaborate across global IT teams and third parties to secure infrastructure throughout the lifecycle of new, existing and legacy systems.
• Coordinate penetration testing from planning through to remediation, ensuring findings are prioritised and assigned appropriately.
• Define, implement, maintain and enhance security measures, policies, controls, patching and system hardening activities.
• Support cybersecurity incident response, including advising on communications with the business, customers and suppliers.
• Maintain security documentation, stay current with evolving security practices, and deliver services in line with ITIL, SLAs, KPIs and stakeholder expectations.
