Job summary

RedRock Resourcing is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to join its growing cyber security function in the South West. The role covers incident response, IAM, vulnerability management, and governance within a multi-tenant environment.

You will act as an escalation point for analysts, translate technical risk into business language, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with the SOC provider to ensure effective handling of alerts and threats.

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber security within a complex or multi-tenant environment.
• Strong incident response and security operations experience.
• Stromg experience of both Entra ID, Defender and Sentinel
• A solid understanding of IAM, vulnerability management and risk frameworks.
• The ability to translate technical risks into clear, business-focused language.
• Experience supporting or mentoring others within a team.
• A calm, analytical approach; especially under pressure.
• Please note, the successful candidate must be SC eligible.
