Role Overview

Due to growth plans for 2025 and beyond, they seek a Security Analyst to work with clients on managing Operational Technology Risk. This is a remote role, open to candidates anywhere in the UK.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Security stack and an interest in Cyber Security within Operational Technology (OT) environments.

Responsibilities

• Detect, analyze, and respond to security incidents to resolution.
• Support baseline security analysis in OT projects.
• Manage operational components and coordinate incident management, including detection, response, and reporting.
• Review audit trails, system logs, and monitoring data for compliance.
• Perform Threat Analysis reviews and Threat Hunting activities.
• Support the deployment and improvement of Security Operations activities and tools.
• Participate in Security Assurance and Risk programs.
• Share information with other analysts and teams.
• Monitor network traffic, security alerts, and logs for suspicious activity or breaches.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Sentinel, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity
• KQL proficiency
• Understanding of PCAP analysis using Wireshark or similar tools
• OT security experience is a plus
