Note: This position requires attendance at Asda House in Leeds for a minimum of three days per week.

Responsibilities include:

• Being the initial contact for business stakeholders for Cyber Security requests.
• Supporting the preparation of assessments with all necessary information for review by Risk Analysts.
• Managing customer expectations and understanding request criticality for prioritisation.
• Building relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Delivering work to high standards, following industry best practices.
• Promoting Cybersecurity awareness across business units.
• Supporting the delivery and processing of Security Services for quick and effective resolution.
• Suggesting new initiatives to improve processes and services.
• Providing reporting and management information for leadership, including the Executive team.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in a similar stakeholder-focused role.
• Interest in technology, with the ability to interpret architecture diagrams and explain technical info simply.
• Knowledge of security technology advantageous but not essential.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and networking skills.
• Passion for cybersecurity and continuous learning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
