About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Cybersecurity Analyst to join our growing IT security team. You will be responsible for monitoring, assessing, and strengthening our organization's cybersecurity posture. This role is ideal for someone passionate about safeguarding digital assets, staying ahead of emerging threats, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor networks and systems for security breaches, anomalies, and suspicious behaviour.
Respond to security incidents and conduct forensic investigations.
Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
Manage firewalls, endpoint protection, SIEM tools, and other security technologies.
Collaborate with IT and development teams to implement secure coding and infrastructure practices.
Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, and other relevant security standards.
Create and maintain cybersecurity documentation, policies, and procedures.
Train employees on cybersecurity awareness and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
2+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security.
Familiarity with tools like Wireshark, Nessus, Splunk, or similar.
