This role is ideal for someone transitioning from ServiceDesk, infrastructure, or support teams. Responsibilities include hands-on triage, monitoring, and firewall maintenance (Fortigate, WatchGuard). You will support network transformation projects and collaborate with global partners, primarily working remotely with occasional office visits.
