Job summary

Proactive Appointments is seeking a hands-on Cyber Security Analyst to work remotely within Inside IR35 guidelines. You will own incident response, manage phishing containment and oversee SOC/MDR coordination.

The role requires practical security engineering experience, knowledge of endpoint and cloud security, and the ability to lead while collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on cyber security experience required.

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Cyber Security Analyst. We need someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership and bring confidence and credibility to the role. Someone calm, assured and who can lead when needed but is happy to get into the technical detail:-

• Security platform and tooling management/configuration.
• Remediation and threat mitigation.
• Advising and directing Platform Operations on security actions.
