Job summary

Proactive Appointments Limited is seeking an experienced hands-on Cyber Security Analyst for a remote role inside IR35. You will own incident response, phishing management, SOC/MDR oversight and security tooling configuration.

The ideal candidate has practical security engineering experience across endpoints, cloud and identity, with strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to lead and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on cyber security engineering experience.
• Experience working with or alongside a SOC/MDR provider.
• Knowledge of endpoint, cloud, identity and incident response security.
• A strong understanding of modern attack techniques and defensive controls.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• The ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong ownership, leadership and decision-making skills.

• Phishing attack management and response.
