Base Location: London plus network of 20 offices nationally:

As a SaaS Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our company's growth, acquiring new customers for CRI. Our team works closely with KPMG's advisory practice to link cyber to operational resilience, risk management, IT transformation, and business resilience.

What will you be doing?
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with our growth objectives.
  • Lead and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and outreach.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation with sales goals and drive demand.
What will you need to do it?
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and position our platform as the solution.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and pitches.
  • Tailor sales approaches based on customer requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and coordinate with customer success for onboarding.
  • Track sales metrics including pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue.
  • Work with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align offerings with customer needs.
  • Provide feedback to guide product development.
  • Partner with marketing to optimize lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
  • Demonstrate resilience, problem analysis, and industry risk understanding.
Skills we'd love to see / Amazing Extras:
  • Recognized risk qualifications (CBCI, CISSP, CISM, etc.)
  • Experience in licensing within the IT space, SaaS sales experience, excellent communication skills, and understanding of the SaaS business model.
