This position is ideal for a driven, results-oriented individual passionate about technology and sales. As a SaaS Sales Representative, you will drive new customer acquisition for CRI, impacting our company's growth significantly.

Our team collaborates with KPMG’s broader advisory practice to link cyber to operational resilience, risk management, IT transformation, and business resilience.

What will you be doing?

  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with our growth objectives.
  2. Lead and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
  3. Build and maintain a sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and outreach.
  4. Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation efforts with sales goals and drive demand.

What will you need to do it?

  1. Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and position our platform as the solution.
  2. Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
  3. Customize sales approaches based on customer requirements.
  4. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and coordinate with the customer success team for onboarding.
  5. Track and report on sales metrics like pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue.
  6. Work with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment.
  7. Provide feedback to the product team for future enhancements.
  8. Partner with marketing on lead generation and campaign feedback.
  9. Demonstrate resilience and leadership in high-pressure sales environments.
  10. Analyze problems, identify core issues, and recommend solutions.
  11. Understand business risks faced by clients in specific industries.
  12. Interact effectively with clients.

Skills we’d love to see / Amazing Extras:

  • Recognized risk qualifications (e.g., CBCI, CISSP, CISM).
  • Experience in SaaS sales, excellent communication, and understanding of the SaaS model.
