The role involves working in the Cyber Response Services (CRS) Team within our Risk Consulting practice, reporting to the head of cyber response. Cybersecurity is a key growth area for KPMG, and our clients face challenging threats that we help them understand and respond to.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage and coordinate cybersecurity incidents for clients, including being available on-call monthly.
  • Conduct digital forensics of incident data (disk, memory, network packets, logs).
  • Maintain awareness of cyber threats and advise clients on relevant attack landscapes.
  • Liaise with clients on delivery, implementation, and project issues.
  • Prepare responses to bids and RFPs.

What will you need?

  • Broad understanding of the cyber threat landscape.
  • Strong technical background in computers, networks, and programming.
  • Proven experience in handling cybersecurity incidents.
  • Knowledge of information security and IT methodologies, principles, and technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Skills and extras:

  • Current government security clearance (SC/DV) or willingness to obtain one.
  • Incident management certifications like CREST or GIAC.
