Job summary

Huntress is seeking a highly organized PMO Analyst (Cyber) to join a major organisation in Portsmouth. The role focuses on coordination, governance and reporting across Cyber Security workstreams to ensure remediation actions are tracked, prioritised and progressed to completion.

You will provide central oversight of remediation activity, maintain action trackers, produce MI and dashboards, and report progress to senior stakeholders, ensuring timely escalation where needed.

Qualifications

• Organised, structured and comfortable coordinating multiple workstreams.
• Experience in PMO / Project Coordination.
• Experience in Cyber Security projects and remediation.
• Experience with MI, reporting and dashboards.
• Experience in technology or IT project support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate remediation activity across multiple Cyber Security workstreams.
• Maintain action trackers and ensure timely progression of actions.
• Produce regular MI, dashboards, KPIs and management reports for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate actions from vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, audits and assurance reviews.
• Chase and escalate overdue or blocked actions with stakeholders.
• Support risk, exception and action management processes.
• Help evidence remediation activity and report outcomes to business stakeholders.
