Job summary

Sizewell C is recruiting a Cyber Requirements & Compliance Manager to steer cyber security strategy, policy, and regulatory compliance. You will act as the main ONR liaison, translating complex obligations into practical controls and leading a small team to ensure robust governance.

You will report to the CISO, collaborate with senior leaders and regulators, and drive assurance across the organisation. A degree in a relevant field and 5+ years in cyber security are expected.

Qualifications

• Five years of cyber security or information security experience in a regulatory context.
• Experience developing policy frameworks translating regulatory obligations into controls.
• Proven ability to lead regulatory engagements and produce executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary ONR cyber security contact, interpreting legislation and regulations.
• Develop and maintain cyber security strategy, policies and governance.
• Oversee compliance monitoring against legislation and recognised frameworks.
• Lead governance reporting to CISO and senior leadership.
• Maintain evidence, remediation plans and support external audits.
