Job summary

Beazley Management Limited is seeking a Cyber and Liability Catastrophe Modeller within Exposure Management. You will develop and validate internal and vendor models for cyber and liability catastrophe risk, ensuring outputs are robust and aligned with business needs.

Your role includes portfolio analysis, regulatory reporting support, and presenting insights to governance committees while maintaining rigorous documentation and processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial insurance in exposure management, catastrophe risk or actuarial.
• Knowledge of catastrophe modelling methodologies (including third-party models).
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders and ability to explain technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and execute catastrophe modelling across internal and external scenarios.
• Support regulatory reporting for cyber and liability, including Lloyd's RDS.
• Run internal probabilistic models under guidance from Capital team.
• Provide portfolio insights and present modelling results to governance committees.
• Maintain documentation of methodologies, assumptions and model changes.
