Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a leader to head Cyber Fusion & Intel Ops, driving day-to-day management and continuous improvement of an intelligence-led defence model. You will translate telemetry into actionable insights and build trusted internal, sector, and strategic partner relationships.

The role requires deep experience in cyber and information security, intelligence collection (OSINT/TECHINT), and threat actor tracking; you will guide the team through pace and ambiguity, coordinating with CISO

Qualifications

• Experience of cyber and information security practices.
• Experience of intelligence collection, OSINT, TECHINT, threat actor tracking.
• Working knowledge of phishing, smishing, vishing, impersonation.
• Understanding of operational governance, evidence capture.
• Confident people manager, able to lead through pace, ambiguity.
• Proven relationship management across CISO, Fraud, FinCrime.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of Cyber Fusion & Intel Ops.
• Maintain an intelligence-led defence model.
• Support the Senior Manager and CISO leadership by translating internal telemetry.
• Build trusted internal, sector and strategic partner relationships.
