Visa is seeking a highly organized Cybersecurity Operations & Enablement Associate to support the Europe CISO and the Cyber Defense Leadership Team in London. This role blends executive support with technical capabilities and site-level community building for approximately 110 teammates.

The ideal candidate uses Generative AI for research, proofreads complex documents, and coordinates budgets, tours, and team events. A proactive, precise communicator with global mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years in operations, office management, executive support, or project coordination.
• Global experience in a matrix, multi-time-zone environment.
• Proficiency with Generative AI tools to accelerate research and drafting.
• Experience with budgeting, travel planning, and expense reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive support to Visa Europe CISO and Cyber Defense leadership.
• Coordinate onboarding and site operations for the London team (~110 people).
• Maintain the Cybersecurity library and reference materials.
• Research briefings using AI and OSINT for executive meetings.
• Plan and manage internal events, town halls, tours of the London Fusion Center.
• Oversee cost centers, training budgets, and travel expenses using Concur.
