Responsibilities:

Define a list of services in a formal MSSP document for approval.

Establish change governance for services and their integration into intra-group agreements.

Map services to technology enablers and create a RACI chart for each service.

Provide a baseline for service globalization for each subsidiary.

Define and document SLAs for each service.

Implement MSSP Governance through established committees.

Design and deploy service management tooling for metrics automation.

Must Haves:

Proficient in creating and implementing governance structures.

Experience in managing security service frameworks.

Ability to work with service management tooling, specifically in ticketing systems.

Strong documentation skills for formalizing processes and SLAs.

Nice to Haves:

Familiarity with RBC Jira and Confluence for workflow automation.

Past experience in managed security service provider (MSSP) environments.

Knowledge of integration processes for enterprise services.
