The Opportunity

EY’s Financial Services Cyber and Resilience practice is expanding. We seek Cyber Architect Managers to work on projects involving cyber threat management, strategy development, transformation, identity and access management, data protection, privacy, and operational resilience.

This role involves creating, assessing, advising, and architecting cyber and cloud security services, developing EY’s cyber security capabilities, and working with partners to advise clients on market trends.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage client engagement teams, advise clients, and contribute to business development.
• Provide insights on cybersecurity risks and solutions, improve operational efficiency, and mentor junior staff.

Client Responsibilities

• Oversee cybersecurity engagements, ensure quality and budget adherence.
• Develop market materials and support proposal development.

People Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and mentor staff, conduct performance reviews, and contribute to recruitment and training.

Skills and Attributes

Must have experience advising Financial Services on cybersecurity, broad technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with security frameworks and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing consulting, cloud security design, and security assessments.
