Job Title: CX Service Design Analyst
Location: London Hybrid
Salary/Rate: £500 outside IR35.
Start Date: July
Job Type: Contract

We are currently seeking an experienced CX Service Designer / CX Business Analyst to support the detailed design and implementation of CRM and CLM solutions for a major programme.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in customer experience design and business analysis, who is comfortable working closely with stakeholders to capture detailed requirements and facilitate effective workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support lower-level detailed design and implementation of CRM and CLM solutions
  • Facilitate and lead on-site workshops with stakeholders and end users
  • Gather and document comprehensive business and user requirements
  • Work closely with technical teams and wider project stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Service Designer and/or Business Analyst in customer experience (CX) projects
  • Strong understanding of CRM and CLM platforms and implementations
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams


Contract Details:
Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week on-site in London (exact location to be confirmed)
Duration: Initial 9-month contract
Extension: Strong potential for continuation beyond the initial term
Start Date: Mid- Late July
