Job summary

SHI UK is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a software development team in Glasgow. You will shape technical vision, drive agile practices, and ensure delivery of high-quality software across platforms such as C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and RESTful services.

You will collaborate with product, sales, and stakeholders, recruit and retain top talent, and manage performance with data-driven reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in software engineering management.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps.
