Job summary

Airfinity Ltd is seeking an Analyst or Senior Analyst to join its Cardiovascular, Renal & Metabolic (CVRM) team in the UK. The role focuses on in-depth CVRM research and translating complex data into clear, strategic insights for pharmaceutical clients.

You will work on analytics, forecasting and bespoke client projects, with opportunities to engage directly with clients. The ideal candidate holds a postgraduate science degree (PhD preferred) and has strong CVRM knowledge, experience in

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in a scientific discipline (PhD preferred).
• Strong CVRM knowledge and genuine interest in CVRM disease landscape.
• Experience in pharmaceutical forecasting, competitive intelligence, consulting or client-facing analytics.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex scientific information into commercial insights.
• Experience with data visualization, dashboards and storytelling.
• Interest in using AI tools to enhance research, analysis and insight generation.
• Experience with R, SQL, Python or similar analytical tools.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality intelligence reports and analysis across the CVRM landscape.
• Research emerging scientific and commercial developments in CVRM.
• Track clinical trials, drug candidates, competitor pipelines and launches.
• Support candidate assessment and whitespace/opportunity identification.
• Contribute to bespoke forecasting and research projects from planning through delivery.
• Turn complex data into compelling insights, visuals, reports and presentations.
• Present findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop into a trusted scientific partner for clients with CVRM knowledge.
