Overview

Kühne + Nagel (AG & Co.) KG

Your role is to support all administrative activities within the Customs Department to enable the servicing of internal stakeholders and external customers. A significant aspect of this role is working to contractual terms with a range of customers.

Responsibilities
  • Preparation and presentation of Import/Export Customs Documentation.
  • Provide high quality customer service to both internal stakeholders & our customers
  • Control and distribution of all relevant documentation.
  • Resolution of Customer queries/issues via email and telephone/root cause analysis, corrective & preventative actions
  • Work within Customer SOPs
  • Mailbox Management
  • Incoming entry requests/other incoming communications
  • Perform data validity check
  • Escalate deviations to SOP to External Customs Manager
Qualifications / What we would like you to bring
  • Experience in customs and good understanding of customs procedures
  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • Comprehensive computer skills, including Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Good problem solving skills and ability to work with tight deadlines
  • High level attention to detail
