We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Customs Operator to manage Trader Support Service (TSS) and customs processing for movements into Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. This role is crucial to operations, and we need a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume, time-sensitive customs declarations with accuracy and efficiency.


• Utilise your proven experience with the Trader Support Service (TSS) to ensure compliance with UK-NI and UK-RoI customs procedures.


• Enter relevant data and manage supporting documentation related to customs declarations.


• Adapt to process changes and regulatory shifts, ensuring our operations remain compliant and efficient.


• Maintain a detail-focused mindset to tackle challenges swiftly and effectively.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience with the Trader Support Service (TSS).


• Strong understanding of UK-NI and UK-RoI customs procedures.


• Familiarity with relevant systems, data entry practises, and required documentation.


• In this busy operation, your role will be integral to ensuring that our customs work is conducted profitably and compliantly.


• Ability to keep up with regulatory changes and implement them promptly.


• A proactive attitude with a strong focus on detail, urgency, and accuracy.
